The Sourdough bread loaves are par baked to afford you the opportunity to fill your house with the smell of fresh baked bread and provide the freshest tasting bread possible.
Your par baked bread can be frozen or finish baking it right away.
Just place on a cookie sheet on the middle shelf of your preheated 400F oven
for between 10-20 minutes until it is browned your desired amount. Cool if possible or slice the end off, butter, eat and enjoy!
Other items being offered are Cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls and Gluten Free Bread which are fully baked and ready to eat. There is also Sourdough Pizza Dough for making your own pizza at home.

Home Delivery
Delivery is available Saturdays on most weeks unless otherwise noted on the site or by email.
Orders received before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
Please leave instructions for where to place if you are not home for delivery. If possible please leave a cooler or secure box at delivery site for a safe drop-off.
For the few very long driveways we would greatly appreciate the box or cooler to be left close to the Mailbox location.
About Us
Since 2022
My name is Kevin Waltz. I have been in the professional culinary field for more than 40 years. I have been lucky enough to cook and bake in some incredible places like on a railcar traveling through Denali Park in Alaska (on a 1957 woodturning stove), and an oil rig in the Kenai Peninsula. Now I am getting to make bread in the best place and most beautiful place of all, Anderson Island.
My goal is to provide healthy delicious sourdough bread to the Anderson Island community. It is also my goal to provide education about the wonders of sourdough, and to teach bread making to those who are interested in making bread in their own homes.
With the help of my wife giving endless support and assisting with delivery and helping me keep my momentum, we are able to share my passion for baking with you.
My mother has lived here since 1992 and I am honored to now be a part of this community as well. I hope to meet you all soon.

As great things are always happening here on Anderson Island, some delivery days and times may change from time to time.
I will also announce classes and other events on the site and through email to make sure all have a chance to participate.
